These Booking Terms & Conditions explain how reservations, payments, cancellations, travel responsibilities, participation and other important matters are handled. Select any section below to review the complete terms.

Planning Your Journey

Reservations & Payments

01 Booking & Contract Formation

A booking is confirmed when Tennis Destination receives the required deposit or full payment and issues written confirmation.

The person making the booking on behalf of multiple travelers is responsible for providing accurate information and communicating relevant booking information to the other members of the party.

Tennis Destination operates and coordinates land-based travel experiences. International and domestic airfare is not included unless expressly stated otherwise. Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights and ensuring their arrival and departure plans are compatible with the itinerary.

Guests should review their booking confirmation promptly and notify Tennis Destination of any errors or discrepancies.

02 Payments & Deposits

A $1,000 USD per-person non-refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.

A reservation is not confirmed until Tennis Destination has received the required deposit and issued written booking confirmation.

The remaining balance is due 90 days before the trip start date.

Bookings made within 90 days of departure require payment in full at the time of booking.

The $1,000 deposit is non-refundable if the guest cancels, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Any applicable single-room supplement, optional upgrade, or other confirmed additional charge will be included in the guest's trip balance.

Payments must be made in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Applicable bank, wire-transfer, or payment-processing charges are the guest's responsibility.

Failure to make final payment by the required deadline may result in the booking being treated as cancelled by the guest and the cancellation provisions below being applied.

03 Pricing

All trip prices are stated in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Published prices are generally per person based on double occupancy, unless otherwise stated.

Guests requesting single occupancy are responsible for the single-room supplement stated for their particular journey or booking.

Once a booking has been confirmed, Tennis Destination will not increase the base trip price solely because of ordinary currency fluctuations or routine supplier price changes.

Additional charges may apply because of newly imposed or increased government taxes, tourism fees, regulatory charges, or services or changes specifically requested by the guest.

Optional upgrades and additional services requested by the guest are charged separately.

When Plans Change

Changes & Cancellations

04 Guest Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Tennis Destination in writing.

Cancellation charges are based on the date Tennis Destination receives written notice:

91+ Days $1,000 per-person deposit is non-refundable.
61–90 Days 50% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
31–60 Days 75% of the total trip price is non-refundable.
30 Days or Less 100% of the total trip price is non-refundable.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or unused portions of the journey.

Tennis Destination strongly recommends purchasing appropriate travel insurance as soon as possible after booking.

05 Guest-Requested Changes & Transfers

Requests to change dates, names, accommodations, or other booking arrangements must be made in writing.

Tennis Destination will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Guests are responsible for additional supplier costs or other expenses resulting from requested changes.

A booking may not be transferred to another traveler without prior written approval from Tennis Destination. Any replacement traveler must satisfy the requirements applicable to the trip and complete all required documentation.

06 Cancellation or Major Changes by Tennis Destination

Tennis Destination may cancel a trip or make significant changes when reasonably necessary for operational, safety, legal, or legitimate business reasons.

If Tennis Destination elects to cancel a trip for reasons within its reasonable control, guests will be offered the choice of:

  • Transferring payments to another available Tennis Destination journey;
  • Receiving a travel credit for a future journey; or
  • Receiving a refund of payments made to Tennis Destination for the cancelled trip.

Tennis Destination is not responsible for independently booked expenses such as airfare, visas, travel insurance, additional accommodations, or transportation.

Tennis Destination may make reasonable itinerary changes, including substitutions involving hotels, clubs, golf courses, restaurants, guides, activities, transportation, or destinations.

Where reasonably possible, substitute services will be of a comparable standard.

Minor or reasonable itinerary changes do not constitute cancellation and do not automatically entitle a guest to a refund.

If cancellation or significant disruption results from circumstances beyond Tennis Destination's reasonable control, the Force Majeure provisions below apply.

07 Force Majeure

Tennis Destination is not responsible for failure, delay, cancellation, or alteration caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action or restrictions, border closures, epidemics or pandemics, strikes, transportation disruptions, or similar extraordinary events.

If such an event prevents or materially affects a journey, Tennis Destination will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative itinerary, postpone the trip, provide a future travel credit, or recover funds from suppliers where possible.

Any refund will be limited to amounts actually recovered or recoverable by Tennis Destination from suppliers, after reasonable unrecoverable costs and expenses already incurred in connection with the trip.

Tennis Destination is not responsible for independently purchased airfare, visas, insurance premiums, additional accommodations, or other personal expenses resulting from a force majeure event.

08 Travel Insurance

Tennis Destination strongly recommends that every guest purchase comprehensive travel insurance as soon as possible after booking.

Guests should consider insurance covering trip cancellation and interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, travel delays, lost or delayed baggage, and activities included in their itinerary.

Guests are responsible for determining whether their insurance provides appropriate coverage for their circumstances, including any pre-existing conditions and planned activities.

Tennis Destination does not provide insurance and cannot determine whether a particular insurance policy provides adequate coverage.

Choosing to travel without appropriate insurance is at the guest's own financial risk.

Tennis Destination's cancellation policy applies regardless of whether the guest has purchased insurance or whether an insurance claim is approved or denied.

Traveling With Us

Travel Information & Responsibilities

09 Guest Conduct & Responsibility

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travelers, Tennis Destination representatives, guides, instructors, drivers, hotel and restaurant personnel, local residents, and other third parties.

Tennis Destination may restrict participation or remove a guest from a journey when the guest engages in harassment, discrimination, threatening or abusive behavior, dangerous conduct, serious intoxication, illegal activity, repeated disruption of the group, or conduct that places themselves or others at unreasonable risk.

When reasonably necessary for safety, Tennis Destination may take immediate action without prior warning.

A guest removed from a trip for serious misconduct is responsible for arranging and paying for their own onward or return transportation and related expenses.

No refund will normally be provided for the unused portion of a trip when removal results from the guest's serious misconduct.

Guests must comply with applicable local laws and reasonable instructions from Tennis Destination and its local partners.

10 Accommodations, Transportation & Independent Suppliers

Tennis Destination works with independent suppliers including hotels and riads, transportation providers and drivers, tennis clubs, golf courses, yoga instructors, guides, restaurants, food-tour operators, activity providers, and other destination partners.

These providers are independent businesses and are not employees of Tennis Destination unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tennis Destination makes reasonable efforts to select reputable providers and deliver the journey as described. However, suppliers may change schedules, facilities, availability, procedures, or services for circumstances outside Tennis Destination's reasonable control.

Tennis Destination may substitute accommodations, clubs, courses, restaurants, activities, transportation, guides, or other services when reasonably necessary. Where possible, substitutions will be of comparable quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis Destination is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Weather, maintenance, closures, local events, supplier availability, or safety considerations may require activities to be rescheduled, relocated, substituted, or cancelled.

A change to an individual supplier or itinerary component does not by itself constitute cancellation of the journey or automatically entitle a guest to a refund.

11 Physical Activity, Health & Accessibility

Tennis Destination journeys involve physical activity.

Depending on the experience, activities may include tennis, golf, yoga, walking tours, stairs, uneven streets and pathways, extended periods of walking or standing, excursions, and other recreational or cultural activities.

Historic medinas and other locations in Morocco may include cobblestones, uneven surfaces, stairs, hills, and areas with limited vehicle access.

Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely in their chosen itinerary.

Participation in individual activities is generally voluntary. However, choosing not to participate or being unable to participate does not normally entitle the guest to a refund for the unused service.

Guests requiring mobility assistance, accessibility accommodations, dietary accommodations, or other special arrangements should notify Tennis Destination before booking whenever possible so that we can determine whether reasonable arrangements can be made.

Tennis Destination does not require guests to disclose their complete medical history. Guests should, however, inform Tennis Destination of a condition, limitation, allergy, or other circumstance when it may reasonably affect safe participation or require special assistance.

In an emergency, Tennis Destination may take reasonable steps to obtain assistance for a guest. Medical, transportation, evacuation, and related expenses remain the guest's responsibility.

12 Activities & Assumption of Risk

Tennis Destination journeys may include physical, recreational, cultural, culinary, and outdoor activities including tennis, golf, yoga, walking, hiking, excursions, cooking activities, and transportation.

Travel and participation in these activities involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, falls, sports-related injuries, uneven terrain, weather conditions, transportation risks, illness, and accidents.

By participating, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and accept responsibility for participating within their abilities and comfort level.

Participation is voluntary. Guests should decline or discontinue an activity if they believe participation is unsafe or inappropriate for their condition or abilities.

Tennis Destination may restrict or discontinue a guest's participation when reasonably necessary for the safety of that guest, other travelers, staff, guides, or third parties.

Independent activity providers may maintain their own participation requirements, rules, waivers, and safety procedures, which guests may also be required to follow.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, guests acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with activities in which they choose to participate.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any right or liability that cannot legally be waived or limited.

13 Late Arrivals, Early Departures & Unused Services

Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated starting location at the time specified in their final itinerary.

If a guest arrives late because of a flight disruption, missed connection, personal circumstances, or another reason outside Tennis Destination's control, Tennis Destination will make reasonable efforts to assist the guest in rejoining the group.

Additional transportation, accommodations, meals, or other expenses required to rejoin the journey are the guest's responsibility.

No refunds or credits will be provided for accommodations, tennis or golf sessions, yoga classes, food experiences, excursions, meals, transportation, guided activities, or other included services that a guest misses, declines, or chooses not to use.

Guests who voluntarily leave before the scheduled conclusion of the journey are responsible for their onward arrangements and expenses and will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

14 Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Guests are solely responsible for possessing all passports, visas, permits, health documentation, and other documents required for their journey.

Guests are responsible for checking requirements applicable to their nationality, citizenship, residency status, destinations, and transit countries.

Entry requirements may change. Guests should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before travel.

Any general travel information provided by Tennis Destination is provided as a convenience and is not legal, immigration, visa, or government advice.

If a guest is denied boarding or entry, delayed, deported, or unable to participate because of missing, expired, incorrect, or insufficient documentation, Tennis Destination is not responsible for resulting losses or expenses.

No refund or credit will be provided for portions of the trip missed because the guest does not possess the required documentation.

Your Wellbeing

Health, Family & Personal Information

15 Minors & Family Travel

Guests must be 18 years of age or older to travel independently with Tennis Destination.

Guests under 18 may participate only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the minor throughout the journey.

Tennis Destination does not accept unaccompanied minors.

Additional parental consent forms, waivers, or other documentation may be required.

Tennis Destination may establish a higher minimum age for a particular journey or activity when reasonably necessary.

16 Privacy, Personal Information & Communications

Tennis Destination collects and uses personal information reasonably necessary to manage bookings, operate journeys, communicate with guests, process payments, coordinate suppliers, and provide requested travel services.

Information reasonably necessary to fulfill a booking may be shared with trusted third-party providers such as hotels, transportation companies, guides, clubs, instructors, restaurants, and activity providers.

By booking, guests agree to receive essential communications relating to their booking and journey, including payment reminders, itinerary information, travel updates, meeting instructions, schedule changes, and safety communications.

Marketing communications are separate. Where required, guests will be given an opportunity to consent to marketing communications and may unsubscribe from promotional communications without affecting their booking.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Tennis Destination Privacy Policy and applicable law.

17 Photography, Video & Marketing

Photography and video may be captured during Tennis Destination journeys by Tennis Destination, guests, guides, photographers, or local partners.

Tennis Destination may use photographs and video captured during a journey on its website, social media, brochures, trip recaps, and other promotional materials.

Guests who do not wish to appear in Tennis Destination marketing may opt out by notifying Tennis Destination in writing before departure.

Tennis Destination will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests.

It may not always be possible to exclude an individual from incidental background appearances in photographs or video captured in public places or group settings.

Tennis Destination will not sell a guest's individual likeness to an unrelated third party for that party's independent advertising without additional permission.

18 Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Food experiences may include restaurants, hotels, private meals, food tours, markets, cooking classes, street food, and meals prepared by independent providers.

Guests with food allergies, dietary restrictions, religious dietary requirements, or other significant food-related needs should notify Tennis Destination in writing, preferably when booking.

Tennis Destination will make reasonable efforts to communicate these requirements to applicable providers.

Because meals may be prepared by independent providers and in shared kitchens or facilities, Tennis Destination cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or the complete absence of cross-contact or cross-contamination.

Guests with severe allergies are responsible for taking appropriate precautions, carrying any medications or emergency treatments appropriate for them, and communicating their requirements directly to food providers when necessary.

Dietary substitutions are subject to local availability and cannot always be guaranteed.

Declining a meal or culinary activity does not normally entitle a guest to a refund.

During Your Journey

Your Experience

19 Personal Property & Baggage

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including luggage, tennis racquets, golf equipment, electronics, jewelry, passports, and other valuables.

Tennis Destination is not responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage to personal belongings except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Guests should use available hotel safes and consider appropriate baggage and personal-property insurance.

20 Alcohol, Drugs & Local Laws

Guests must comply with applicable laws regarding alcohol, controlled substances, and personal conduct.

Tennis Destination may prevent a guest from participating in an activity when the guest appears sufficiently intoxicated or impaired that participation could reasonably create a safety risk.

Illegal drug activity, dangerous intoxication, or serious violations of local law may result in removal from the journey under Section 9.

21 Emergency Situations

If an emergency occurs and a guest is unable to make or communicate a decision, Tennis Destination may take reasonable action that it believes necessary to protect the guest's health or safety, including contacting emergency services, medical providers, the guest's emergency contact, insurers, transportation providers, or appropriate authorities.

Tennis Destination cannot guarantee the availability, quality, response time, or outcome of medical or emergency services in any destination.

Guests remain responsible for medical treatment, hospitalization, evacuation, transportation, accommodation, and other expenses arising from an emergency.

22 Technology & Trip Communications

Tennis Destination may use email, telephone, text messaging, WhatsApp, or similar communication services to coordinate journeys.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and an emergency contact and for checking important communications during the trip.

Guests are responsible for their own international roaming, mobile data, telephone, or similar charges.

Tennis Destination is not responsible for a guest's failure to receive an update because of circumstances outside Tennis Destination's reasonable control, including device failure, connectivity issues, or inaccurate contact information.

23 Dispute Resolution

Tennis Destination and the guest agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to a booking, journey, these Terms & Conditions, or services provided by Tennis Destination before commencing formal proceedings.

The guest must first provide Tennis Destination with written notice describing the dispute and the requested resolution and allow Tennis Destination a reasonable opportunity to respond.

If the dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith mediation before proceeding to arbitration, unless emergency injunctive or other relief is reasonably necessary.

If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration, to the extent permitted by applicable law, rather than through a lawsuit in court.

The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires another location or procedure.

The arbitrator shall have authority to award any remedy available under applicable law, subject to the limitations and protections contained in these Terms & Conditions to the extent legally enforceable.

Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs except where applicable law, the arbitration rules, or the arbitrator's award provides otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or seeking temporary or emergency relief from a court when permitted by law.

24 Electronic Acceptance

Submitting a booking, paying a deposit or trip balance, or checking an acceptance box during an online booking process may constitute electronic acceptance of these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Electronic acceptance has the same intended effect as signing a written agreement.

25 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Booking Terms & Conditions, together with the guest's booking confirmation, invoice, and any expressly incorporated documents, constitute the agreement governing the booking and supersede prior representations concerning the same subject matter.

Any waiver or modification by Tennis Destination must be made in writing by an authorized representative.

26 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or other mandatory law provides otherwise.

Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions above, any court proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought in an appropriate court located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
