Welcome to Tennis Destination. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both your experience and our company. Please read them carefully.
1. Contract and Responsibility
A contract exists once we issue a confirmation invoice following your deposit or full payment.
Important: We do not arrange or sell flights. You are responsible for booking your own air travel and handling any associated issues.
2. Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking.
Balance: Full payment is due 60 days before departure.
Late Bookings: For bookings made within 60 days, full payment is required immediately.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Pricing and Surcharges
All prices are quoted in [Insert Currency]. Prices are fixed once confirmed unless changes occur due to:
- Government taxes
- Local service fees
- Currency fluctuations over 5%
4. Cancellations by You
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the lead traveler.
Charges apply as follows:
- More than 60 days: Loss of deposit
- 30–59 days: 50% of total cost
- Less than 30 days: 100% of total cost
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation risks.
5. Changes by You
Change requests must be made in writing. While we will try to accommodate, we cannot guarantee changes. Additional charges may apply.
6. Cancellations or Changes by Us
In rare situations, we may need to change or cancel your trip. In that case, we will offer:
- A substitute trip of equal or higher value
- A substitute of lower value plus refund of the difference
- A full refund
We are not liable for other costs or losses due to changes or cancellations.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. Your policy should include:
- Cancellation coverage
- Emergency medical expenses
- Personal liability
- Baggage loss or delay
You may be asked to provide proof of coverage prior to departure.
9. Traveler Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Securing valid passports, visas, and entry documents
- Complying with local customs and laws
- Being physically and mentally fit for participation
We reserve the right to remove any traveler causing disruption or safety risk—no refund will be given.
10. Accommodations & Services
We reserve the right to substitute hotels or services with those of similar or better quality if availability changes. We are not liable for third-party service failures.
11. Health and Safety
Some activities may require moderate physical exertion. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions at the time of booking. You participate at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for your trip. We are not liable for:
- Missed flights or transport delays
- Personal injury, loss, or damages not caused by our negligence
- Any losses beyond the scope of the tour package
13. Complaints
If any issue arises during your trip, report it immediately to your local guide or our team.
Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of your return.
14. Governing Law
These Booking Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
15. Agreement to Terms
By completing your booking with Tennis Destination, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and your party.
